Quote of the day, from CNBC Squawk Box anchor Joe Kernen, about Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel:
"He's privatizing everything!"
Context: An interview this morning with Emanuel's newly appointed deputy mayor, Steven Koch, who comes to the job after a long career as an investment banker but clearly has diplomatic skills. His only response was a smile.
