Much like Record Store Day, 4/20 has almost become a legitimate addition to the calendar for people of a certain countercultural persuasion. (Though 4/20 has been adopted with a considerable amount of irony—it's like how you and your friends might use the word "dude" with one another for comic effect, until you realize that you're all seriously using the word "dude" once a sentence.) The widespread adoption of Twitter has even allowed people who don't smoke pot to celebrate in their own way by complaining about how annoying potheads are.

In honor of those who are celebrating today, I've put together a Spotify playlist with a multigenre hour of stoner-friendly music that I think could even appeal to those who don't partake. And thanks to Spotify's new Play Button feature, it's embedded its own player after the jump.
