Local veteran BET and advertising veteran Darryl Pitts critiques images of African American romance in cinema, and how they impact social mores, in his documentary Kiss & Tell. Interviewees discussing the evolution of their own ideas of race, gender, love and sexuality include Tyler Perry, Roger Ebert, Anthony Mackie, Keenan Ivory Wayans, Nia Long, Isaiah Washington, Vanessa Williams, Jasmine Guy, Larenz Tate, and Diahann Carrol. Coproducer Sheryl Lee Ralph narrates.

Kiss & Tell screens Thursday 2/24 at 7 p.m. in Black World Cinema's Truth Be Told film series at Chatham 14, 210 W. 87th St. $5.

Excellent collaboration of African American movie stars as they tell of their experience with Hollywood and the movie business...Eye opening details of the back story, and well delivered. I think teens to elders should see this story...

The film will be screened Thursday, 3/10at Kennedy King College FREE at 6 PM. Filmmaker, Darryl Pitts will be there for the Q & A, which have been most exciting on college campuses. Those who choose to donate will be contributing to the KKC Scholarship fund and Real Men Charities, Inc. We hope you will alert your readers!

This idea was stollen from a lot of Chicago artist who came up with this idea years ago. Darryl Pitts is a complete fraud. There are plagiarism lawsuits pending.
