This Thursday is National Kidney Day, and to celebrate, Cardinal Fitness is offering free blood pressure readings and blood sugar level screenings as well as free guest passes to its gyms. Testing will be provided by the KidneyMobile, a project of the National Kidney Foundation of Illinois. On Tue 3/9, the 'Mobile will park at 3145 S. Ashland from 10 AM to noon, then at 1301 W. Madison from 2 to 4 PM. On Wed 3/10, it will stop at 3927 W. Belmont from 2 to 4 PM. More information is available here.
