Triangle of Death

Deployed to the Sunni Triangle during Iraq's first national elections, Marine reservist and Columbia College grad Folleh S. Tamba documented "Chicago's Own" 2nd Infantry Battalion 24th Marines' 2004-'05 Iraq tour, and its aftermath for his fellow Marines, in his film Triangle of Death, which has its Midwest premiere Wednesday 2/10 at BlackFinn in Naperville.

Tamba directed with Juan Montelongo. Thomas Hartmann produced and scored. Triangle of Death won the Founder's Choice award at the 2009 G.I. Film Festival in Washington, D.C. Screening is at 6 PM at 16 W. Jefferson, Naperville. Proceeds benefit Illinois Gold Star Family support efforts.
