Sending the text message "BREAD" to 46786 will generate a response from Panera containing information about the available freebies; by flashing this message on your phone to the person working the cash register, you can get in on the deal. Chicago Panera locations include 635 N. Fairbanks Court (312-274-3955), 616 W. Diversey (773-528-4556), 2070 N. Clybourn (773-325-9035), and 250 S. Wacker (312-496-0021).
