There are some Egyptian Revival buildings in the country, but not a lot. There are far fewer Academic Egyptian Revival buildings. The Reebie Storage Warehouse fits into the category of the latter — it’s one of the best. And it is definitely the most impressive in Chicago.
I'm excited to have come across (via Twitter at @builtinchicago) this totally awesome new blog by a CAF docent.
