Keeping up with their tradition of celebrating Chicago's coldest day on record — January 20, 1985, when the temperature at O'Hare International Airport reached -27 degrees, with a wind chill of -93 degrees — the Active Transportation Alliance (9 W. Hubbard) celebrates Winter Bike to Work Day on Wed 1/20 with free Caribou coffee and sweet treats to bikers who stop by their office between 6:30 and 9 AM.
