The Battle for Asian Carp's Culinary Reputation Continues

The Trib, the New Republic, and the NRDC all weigh in. Good to see the topic being tossed about, but the last two seem to be debating a strawman - that the Asian carp can be eaten up before it hits the Great Lakes by a barrier of hungry diners. That is in fact a preposterous idea, but not one I've heretofore seen suggested.
