Free elctro-funk, film and whisky at the Chopin

Electro-funk outfit Chandeliers provide live musical accompaniment to an eclectic trio of short films in Cinema 16, Wednesday, Nov. 25 at the Chopin Theatre.

Screening are Junky's Xmas, the Francis Ford Coppola-produced claymation adaptation of the William S. Burroughs story; Wallace Berman's "meditation on life, death, sex, politics, and pop culture," Aleph; and Elmen Etting's 1933 nature/dance film Oramunde. DJ Hunter Husar spins.

Cinema 16 is Wednesday 11/25 at 7:30 PM at the Chopin Theatre, 1543 W. Division. Free scottish spiced whisky. RSVP required.
