Three weeks ago, Deanna Isaacs reported on Todd Stroger's desire for a Cook County Film and Entertainment Commission; at the time, the ordinance was on its 13th draft, but there weren't any estimates of what it would cost. Crain's reports it would cost $250k, and the idea isn't going over well with some Cook County commissioners.
