I mentioned Beau Wanzer in my column on local horrorists Gatekeeper. Like Gatekeeper, Wanzer is a fan of old EBM and industrial music, and like Gatekeeper he's heavily influenced by horror-movie soundtracks—but unlike them he's as dedicated a fan of the movies themselves as he is of their soundtracks. (He and I once drove out to Rosemont together for the Fangoria Weekend of Horrors convention.) And as evidenced by this photo of his insane live setup from this past weekend, you could say he's also something of a synthesizer fetishist:
According to his Facebook wall, he transported the entire mess of gear in his Honda Accord.
