Joe Biden: Just looks like he's having a good time. I've always liked that about him.
John Williams: not change we can believe in. But I do like the gravity of the arrangements.
The bouncy part is a bit weird. But he's pulling it together again. The conclusion was surprisingly airy and challenging.
And it's oath-official. "Hail to the Chief": yeah, it gets me.
