Thursday night at 6, the University of Chicago's International House will host the Chicago premiere of Dominic Morissette's Afghan Chronicles, which documents the growth and struggles of the independent media in post-Taliban Afghanistan. Morissette, a French filmmaker and photographer, will be on hand to answer questions after the movie. Admission is free, but reservations are requested; call 312-222-7871 to RSVP.
