When you're trying to sell the most reliably profitable asset you have in order to pay down debts and can't because the economy is too bad, that's just brutal.
Update: Seriously, the economy is really, really bad right now. If you usually watch the Dow to figure out how fucked we are, you're following the most trailing indicator, and one that's determined by the whims of crazy people.
