I read your review of this show where you say that hipster respect for southern culture is a fascination with "poverty and tribalism". Funny how you don't have a problem with the poverty and tribalism of Hip-Hop...or is it that said genre is black, and therefore exempt from being judged as harshly as whites? I suspect that your stance is one of the typical white bourgeois leftist who sees blacks as 'noble savages' who can't be held accountable for their actions.
