The windows are papered and the tiny space is empty but Xeroxed fliers taped to the glass indicate Leyla's Turkish Restaurant and Bakery will be opening at 3213 W. Irving Park, a tiny storefront once occupied by Latin Restaurant and Catering.

Worst Turkish restaurants I've ever seen. Waited for 2 hours and face with inexperienced customer service and worst Turkish food I've ever eat. I rather go eat at McDonald's. Absolutely NOT recommended.

Give this place a chance! Hummos was great with tons of garlicky goodness! Hostess was kind (true, inexperienced, but that doesn't have to mean bad) and a cute atmosphere.
